Cancellation Policy

At Palm Paradise Rentals Services LLC, we are committed to providing clarity and flexibility to our guests. As all bookings for our properties are managed through Booking.com, our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and easy to understand. By requesting a booking, guests automatically agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our cancellation policy, which will be clearly displayed on the property listing at the time of booking.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Standard Rates

  • Guests are charged after check-in or check-out, depending on their verification status.
  • No upfront payment is required to confirm a booking, making this a flexible option for guests.


Early Booker Rates

  • Guests receive a 10% discount compared to standard rates.
  • Bookings must be made at least 45 days in advance, with the check-in date no earlier than 45 days from the booking date.
  • Guests must pay for the first night as a deposit at the time of booking to secure their reservation.
  • The remaining balance is due after check-in or check-out, offering flexibility while ensuring a commitment from the guest.
  • Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the check-in date. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will incur a charge for the first night’s stay.


Promotional Rates

  • Guests receive up to a 25% discount compared to standard rates.
  • Bookings must be made at least 90 days in advance, with the check-in date no earlier than 90 days from the booking date.
  • Full payment must be completed within 48 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.
  • Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the check-in date. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. This policy offers lower prices in exchange for a firm commitment to the stay

Guests are encouraged to carefully review the cancellation terms provided on the booking platform before finalizing their reservation.


Modifications to Reservations

Modifications Made More Than 30 Days Before Check-In:

  • Guests may modify their reservation dates or property selection up to 30 days before the check-in date without penalty, subject to availability.
  • Any difference in the rate resulting from the modification will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Modifications Made 30 Days or Less Before Check-In:

  • Modifications to reservations within 30 days of the check-in date are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.
  • All changes are subject to availability and the discretion of Palm Paradise Rentals.


Early Departures and No-Shows

Early Departures:

  • Guests who choose to depart earlier than their scheduled check-out date will not receive a refund for any unused nights.

No-Shows:

  • For standard rates, if a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date and has not canceled their reservation, the first night’s reservation charge will be applied, and the remaining nights will be canceled without further charge. If the full payment has already been completed, the remaining balance, after deducting the first night’s reservation charge, will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
  • For promotional rates, if a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date or fails to inform us of a delayed arrival, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.


Security Deposits

  • Some properties may require a security deposit, which will be clearly displayed on the property listing at the time of booking. The security deposit is fully refundable, provided the property is returned in the same condition as it was at check-in, and no damages or violations of the rental agreement occur.

Right to Cancel Reservations

Palm Paradise Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservation under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of Policies: If it is determined that the property is being used for unauthorized parties, gatherings, or any activity that violates our policies, the reservation may be canceled without prior notice.
  • Fraudulent Activity: Reservations found to be fraudulent or made using false information will be canceled immediately.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies beyond our control, we may cancel the reservation. Any payments made will be refunded or credited for future stays.
    In all such cases, guests will be notified promptly, and we will work with them to arrange alternative accommodations or issue a refund, as appropriate.


Payment Methods

Payment options, including bank transfers and credit card payments, are displayed on the booking platform at the time of booking. All credit card transactions comply with PCI standards to ensure the security of your information.


Additional Fees

  • Cleaning Fee: A $300 cleaning fee is added to the total booking amount to cover comprehensive cleaning and preparation of the property.
  • Parking: Each property includes at least one parking spot for your convenience, at no extra charge.


Complimentary Services

  • Internet Access: Free WiFi is provided in all properties.
  • Property Access: Guests will receive a PIN code for property access 5 days before check-in.
  • Amenities: Extra linens, pillows, bathroom essentials, and access to building amenities such as pools and fitness centers are provided at no additional cost.


Property Viewings

While viewing properties prior to rental is standard for long-term rentals, as a short-term rental business, we prioritize the privacy and comfort of our current guests. Therefore, we do not offer property viewings before check-in. To assist you in making an informed decision, detailed descriptions, high-quality photos, and guest reviews are available on the booking platforms. If a guest insists on viewing the property before check-in and does not agree to our terms, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In such cases, the guest will be notified, and a full refund will be issued for any payments made.


Insurance Recommendation

We recommend that guests consider purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect their travel plans.


Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, we encourage guests to contact our customer service team directly to resolve the issue promptly. Alternatively, disputes can also be addressed through the booking platform’s resolution center.


Policy Changes

Please note that our cancellation policy may be updated from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.
